These Terms & Conditions apply to all enquiries, applications, reservations, puppy purchases and breeding services made through this website.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, availability of a puppy, or approval for a breeding. Every application is reviewed individually to ensure the right suitability and circumstances.

Any deposits, reservation payments or other fees must be paid in accordance with the terms provided at the time of booking. 

Where a payment is stated to be non-refundable, this will be made clear before payment is taken.

Puppy availability, pricing, breeding availability and expected dates may change. 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an application where we believe it is in the best interests of our dogs, puppies or breeding programme.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when completing an application or making an enquiry.

Any specific health information, registration details, collection arrangements and agreements relating to a puppy or breeding will be provided and agreed before completion.
